We are seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

As a Video Content Creator, you will work closely with the founder to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Editng 4-5 short-form videos weekly using raw footage from Google Drive
  • Designing simple yet effective graphics and maintaining a consistent visual style across all content
  • Writing engaging captions and scheduling posts for peak engagement
  • Collaborating closely with the founder for approvals and taking creative feedback well

Requirements:

  • Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video
  • Able to create content matching brand tone for kids to young adults
  • Reliable, self-motivated and good at managing time independently
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of youth trends and content
  • Creative and able to work with little supervision
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe or other editing tools
