Are you an innovative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling content? We're on the hunt for a skilled Content Associate to join our team

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to develop ad creatives that drive real results. You'll be responsible for partnering with in-house teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns, sourcing and managing UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily, and translating campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that yield measurable outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver high-quality video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various platforms


We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, a proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads, and a strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
