Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting onsite activities across various markets and ensuring our online store delivers an engaging and seamless shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth: Focus on driving growth and performance in Hong Kong and International online channels.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Support regular performance reviews and site checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in preparing reports and updates for weekly reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization actions.
Requirements:
  • A passion for marketing and storytelling with a strong consumer instinct.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically in a customer-centric, user-driven way.
  • Self-starter: Self-starter, resourceful, proactive and hands-on approach with a bias for action.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field (internship/entry-level experience welcome).
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields.
  • Proficient in basic copywriting.
  • Extreme ownership and a self-starter who is hands-on with a 'get things done' attitude.
  • Gritty and able to work under pressure; comfortable to navigate through uncertainty.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Performance-centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Commercial savviness and customer centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Growth mindset and sense of continuous improvement.
  • Knowledgeable with a keen eye and passion for fashion.
