Digital Operations Manager - A Key Role in Our Company's Success


Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Operations Manager to oversee the delivery and quality of our digital assets. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of operational discipline and people leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality.

This position involves collaborating closely with our leadership team to balance workloads, improve workflows, and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to deliver exceptional results.

A Day in the Life:

  1. Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  2. Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  3. Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  4. Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  5. Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  7. Actively contribute to our company culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
  8. Identify workflow bottlenecks and standardize processes to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • At least 2 years' experience managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.
