About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer for Automotive Parts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies/plans in line with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market.
  2. Develop launch plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.
  3. Support sales team with product training and provide technical expertise to customers as needed.
  4. Create product specifications and technical sheets for sales and customer references.
  5. Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product iterations.
  6. Evaluate product lifecycle stages and make recommendations regarding product updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Strong background in Automotive parts and product development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Can start ASAP.
