The Disaster Recovery Coordinator will assess risks, develop and implement continuity strategies, train teams, and lead crisis response efforts. This individual will collaborate with leadership and key departments to minimize risks, reduce downtime, and enhance operational stability.
The key responsibilities of this position include conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses, identifying critical business functions, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities. The Disaster Recovery Coordinator will also develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, as well as establish response protocols for IT, finance, operations, and HR.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, as well as expertise in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or a related field is required.
