Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials and equipment, and developing quality control systems to ensure that construction projects meet specific quality standards.

This is a key role in ensuring the success of our projects, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to our team.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for new construction and refurbishment projects
  • Inspect materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and maintain quality control systems to monitor and improve project outcomes
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with project engineers and design consultants to develop and implement quality management plans

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance and control in the construction industry
  • Licensed engineer (PE) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
