Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Leader

Our organization seeks a seasoned cybersecurity compliance professional to oversee the management and coordination of multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience working with prominent cybersecurity frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. Strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts across various accounts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Communicate directly with clients in the US to address compliance concerns and provide support.
  • Analyze and interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC frameworks.
  • 5+ years of leading and developing mid-sized teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience working directly with US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
