Financial Reporting Specialist

As a skilled accountant, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Your expertise in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting will be essential in maintaining the accuracy of our financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure their accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and laws by implementing and maintaining effective accounting systems.
- Support the finance team in various projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
