Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to Australian startup and SME clients.
  • Liaise with government agencies on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and submit BAS statements and tax returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise and control remote bookkeeping clients, ensuring timely delivery of financial information.
  • Advise clients on various accounting and taxation matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in accounting software and systems.
