### Job Description
* Ensure that all changes moved to production are reviewed, approved, and implemented in a timely and quality manner, following the official process and policy guidelines set by our customer.* Promote process awareness and assist in driving change management to a new level of maturity within the organization.* Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application owners to ensure that all changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented according to policy and standards.* Manage CABs and ensure that RFCs are well documented and updated regularly.* Coordinate communication efforts and distribute regular Change Calendars to provide visibility across all stakeholders.* Escalate high-priority changes that require expedited processing.* Identify opportunities for process improvements based on day-to-day operations and governance.* Develop training programs for change practitioners and stakeholders to maintain process awareness and compliance.* Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and KPIs.
### Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field.* Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management (Infrastructure and Applications).* Proven skills in process mapping, workflow analysis, and reporting.* ITIL V3 Foundation certification and analytical, creative thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various levels of the organization.
