  • Oversee the recording of daily financial transactions, including expenses, revenues, and payments.
  • Process journal entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor and supplier payments, monitor outstanding receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of petty cash and bank transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience as an accounting assistant or clerk, with expertise in basic bookkeeping procedures and knowledge of QuickBooks Software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with government regulations, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig.
