Job Description

The Field Auditor will conduct audits at various retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards. This role involves evaluating store operations, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to improve overall performance and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit retail stores to assess compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls within store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and sales processes.
  • Examine financial records, receipts, invoices, and other documents to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Present reports to management and suggest corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with audit software and accounting systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
