About the Role

This General Ledger Specialist position is responsible for maintaining and reconciling global fixed asset and prepaid accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile global fixed asset accounts and FA module.
  • Maintain and reconcile global prepaid accounts and monthly/quarterly close activities.
  • Assist in preparing account analysis, fluxes for BS and P&L accounts, and other reports.
  • Collaborate with various contacts (Operations/Finance/Others) related to journal entry and report dependencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification and experience in a SAAS company is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years General accounting experience in a Finance Shared Services company preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
