Unlock the Potential of a High-Growth Affiliate Manager

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the launch and growth of our TikTok Shop from scratch, establishing a robust affiliate network and partnering with influencers to drive revenue.

As an experienced affiliate marketer, you will leverage your expertise to design commission structures, creator onboarding flows, and optimize product listings for maximum conversion. Your proficiency in ShareASale, UpPromote, and other platforms will enable seamless management of affiliate programs and accurate attribution reporting.

A key focus area will be building and managing a central hub for affiliates and creators, fostering engagement through campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts. You will collaborate with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

With a strong background in data-driven decision making, you will analyze UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting to inform strategic growth initiatives. Your ability to execute fast, own outcomes, and communicate authentically will drive results in this fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling TikTok Shops/Seller Centers
  • Expertise in ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar) and ability to design incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue
  • Strong outreach and relationship-building skills, with ability to nurture partnerships and keep creators/affiliates engaged
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting

Before You Apply

Please note:

  • This is a full-time role (no part-time or freelancing with other clients)
  • You'll join as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes/compliance
  • You must provide your own reliable equipment (laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, camera/mic)
  • Core collaboration hours are 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST, with a 2-hour flexibility window
  • The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay
  • Payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise
