Fund Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations to guarantee the completeness of fund transactions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow and fund operations.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support fund-related projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Excel and other financial tools.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of fund administration processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management activities related to fund operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial reconciliation, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and cash flow management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
