Financial Analysis Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in examining company financials, assessing data, and managing CRM systems.

  • Examine financial statements from Excel files and confidential reports
  • Evaluate company data to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot and Insightly)
  • Initiate outreach to business owners via email and phone to facilitate conversations
  • Support communication among investors and partners by organizing data and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including follow-ups and scheduling
Key Qualifications
  • Strong English proficiency for effective communication
  • Experience in financial analysis, particularly reviewing company financials and understanding business models
  • Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data formatting; Google Sheets acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Instagate/Insightly
