  • This role involves being part of the primary service relationship interface between key site leaders and IT for service-related activities.

  • The candidate will participate in planning and executing the service management framework through service review meetings, service improvement, strategy plans, and relationship health checks.

  • This position requires fostering open communications between site stakeholders, establishing relationships and a clear understanding of business requirements.

  • The successful candidate will be an effective point of escalation for site key leaders and stakeholders, as required, to manage and resolve IT service issues.

  • They will review ongoing IT delivery and assurance activities and provide periodic reports.

  • Participation in monthly business reviews and meetings is also expected.

  • The ideal candidate will drive appropriate initiatives and improvement plans to achieve increased customer satisfaction.
