Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processes and treasury functions, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to queries in a timely manner, communicating information to colleagues, and ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date.

  • Acquire an understanding of the payment processes & Treasury functions
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner & ensure all items are actioned as expected
  • Communicate all relevant information to colleagues within the team
  • Ensure that all information pertaining to a customer is retained within the pertinent file.
  • Organise Treasury meetings, set the agenda and circulate minutes of the meeting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat all company resources, processes and people with respect, honesty and integrity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role.
  • Understanding of the Regulatory environment pertaining to the Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland.
