Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions.
  • Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management.
  • Experience working within the e-commerce industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Strong analytical skills, including pattern recognition.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
