The Team Leader – FSL plays a crucial role in leading staff who are in the office. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operations, implementing best practices, managing expenses and revenue, and role modeling behavior aligned with FSL values.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the daily operations of the Department.
  • Meet all Digital Advisor Capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver staff training programs.
  • Keep records of staff time and attendance.
  • Manage employee responsibilities during absences or high workloads.
  • Schedule overtime when necessary to accommodate increased workloads.
  • Evaluate and attain departmental objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics.
  • Attend client meetings, offer updates and account reports, and nurture client relationships.
  • Implement quality assurance measures, including auditing accounts and evaluating employee productivity.
  • Abide by established policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct.

  • Provide onsite coverage as needed.
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
