Job Summary

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of call center agents and ensuring that they meet high-quality performance metrics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to agents, and identifying training needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of call center agents to achieve high-quality performance metrics.
  2. Monitor individual and team performance using call center software and reporting tools.
  3. Provide coaching, support, and feedback to agents to improve performance.
  4. Conduct one-on-one meetings with agents to discuss performance and set goals.
  5. Collaborate with the training department to implement development plans for underperforming team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2nd year college undergraduate with no back subjects.
  • At least 2 years of People Management experience preferably with a voice campaign.
  • Healthcare related experience is an advantage.
  • Able to manage a voice campaign.
  • Able to work onsite in McKinley Hills, Taguig.
