Customer Journey Manager

This role is pivotal in delivering seamless airport and inflight experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational safety and security of crew and passengers by monitoring key areas.
  • Lead customer service agents to achieve operational excellence and provide excellent passenger experience.
  • Support Network Control Center and ground operations teams in handling emergencies, flight disruptions, and irregular operations.
  • Develop contingency plans and review procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and company policies.
  • Proactively manage flight disruptions, activate crisis management if necessary, and ensure guest recovery through effective communication.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, suppliers, and service providers.
Requirements
  • College graduate of any four-year course.
  • Minimum three years of customer handling experience or airport front-line operational experience.
  • At least two years of supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Experience in all facets of airport operations and systems preferred.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Pasay required.
