About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Supervisor to join our team at Subic Drydock Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of welding and cutting operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting operations. This will involve analyzing work orders and blueprints to determine the necessary supplies and sequence of operations required.

In addition to supervisory duties, you will be responsible for inspecting work and maintaining specified standards and quality. You will also be expected to train workers in the operation of equipment and coordinate with other trade shops to accomplish work orders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to plan your work efficiently to meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for supervising timekeeping and work records of subordinates, as well as directing and supervising them at the Subic Docks work zone for safety purposes.
