Job Description:

The Senior Laboratory Executive - Cosmetic Development will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative cosmetic products. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that prototypes and formulations are prepared to support the sales team in promoting our raw materials.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing procedures. They will also have strong documentation experience and be highly organized, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.

Key responsibilities will include preparing prototypes based on formulated specifications, conducting stability tests, providing technical training to sales personnel, and maintaining the cleanliness of the laboratory. Additionally, they will monitor raw material and packaging inventory, attend internal and external training sessions, and conduct presentations to the sales team.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy. Proficiency in Tagalog and English is essential, with a licensed chemist being an advantage.
