The Application Laboratory Executive reports to the Technical Director andis responsible for the following:* Ensure prototypes and formulations are prepared as instructed by theTechnical Director to support the Sales Team in promoting our raw materials.* Conducts stability test for prototypes developed to establishstandard formulations.* Prepares and keeps all documents needed for development offormulations.SKILLS:Need to have:* Computer literacy* Documentation experience* Hygienic* Organized* Reliable* Time managementKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Prototypes preparation based on the formulations made and given byimmediate superior or maybe formulated by himself/herself from customer's orsales agent's requirement and specification or as initiated by immediatesuperior* Conducts stability tests* Provide Technical Training to all Sales Personnel - Lab Training andProduct Training* Provide Technical/Basic Training to clients - Presentation and LabTraining* Maintains the cleanliness of the laboratory* Monitors raw material inventory for prototypes* Monitors packaging materials inventory for prototype* Attends internal and external technical training given by the suppliers* Conducts training/ presentations to sales team* Perform tasks which may assign by Immediate Superior.EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Science*Any Science Course (Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology/Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry/ Pharmacy)LANGUAGE: speak na the language Tagalog and English (Required)A licensed chemist, an advantageKey Competencies:* Has knowledge on laboratory equipment and paper works* Has knowledge on laboratory testings’Salary Range: php23,000/gross monthlyOther benefits:* Health Card * Group Life/Accident insurance* Career Growth Opportunity* Additional leave incentive* Yearly salary increases* 13th-month salary* Tenure bonus* Performance bonusWork Set Up:- Trainings: will advise (Orientation, Laboratory Trainings)- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
