Job Opportunity

This role involves working as a Marketing Coordinator for a company specializing in influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys building and maintaining relationships with influencers. They are comfortable with outreach, email communication, and supporting campaign operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement.
  • Track communications, deliverables, and campaign progress with influencers.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
  • Provide general marketing support as needed for client influencer programs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, influencer management or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; confident in email communication and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
