We are a dynamic company seeking a strategic sales manager to join our team. As a sales director, you will be responsible for facilitating regular discussions with the Commercial Sales team to ensure the proper execution of approved plans, assessing progress, and conducting evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Commercial Sales Admin Assistant to monitor expenses and itineraries.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the C&C department to ensure the implementation of credit and collection policies.
  • Manage Customer Relationships
    • Promote key accounts through pricing schemes.
    • Negotiate and endorse selling prices (spot or hedged).
    • Review and endorse account opening and amendment requests.
  • Monitor Performance
    • Regularly review accounts' performance.
  • Account Development and Management
    • Visit key customers to establish good rapport.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Skilled Licensed Engineer or Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the oil industry.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong account development and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
