About This Opportunity

Join us at Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation as an Accounts Payable Supervisor - CPA and contribute to the success of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the AP process, supervising the AP team, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will also be responsible for generating necessary reports, performing month-end and year-end closing activities, and reviewing and reconciling AP accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Reconcile AP data with financial statements, cash flow reports, and vendor data to ensure accuracy.
  2. Team Supervision: Set AP team goals, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Reporting: Generate Alphalist of Payees, Summary of EWT/BIR Form 2307, and Summary Listing of Sales and Purchases as required.
  4. Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy of invoices and expense claims.
Requirements

A degree in Accounting or a related field, combined with a certification in public accounting (CPA), is mandatory for this position.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and experience with property management systems (PMS) and gaming management systems (GMS) are required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
