As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects, managing timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration across our creative department.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track, while organizing and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably within a marketing or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, experienced working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
