As a Direct-response e-commerce operator, we run multiple Shopify stores across various product categories. Our focus is on scaling via Meta Ads, rapid creative testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). We maintain a core winning product live while launching and pivoting 1–2 test stores at any given time.

Active brands include Willow & Wall, Caducci, and Duvana.

The Role

A Senior Ad Creative Manager is required to lead the creative output for performance-driven advertising. You will oversee a team of video editors, develop creative strategies, manage ad content creation, and ensure all creatives are optimized for measurable performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of video editors to deliver high-performing ad creatives
  • Develop creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads tailored to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) physical products
  • Direct and oversee User-Generated Content (UGC), scripting, editing, and creative testing at a fast pace
  • Create and edit video ad content when necessary
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution as the main point of contact for stakeholders
  • Guarantee all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience managing a creative team
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization
  • Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (FB/IG)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CapCut and ClickUp
  • Experience in Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness
  • Ability to work in overlap with Canadian time
