Job Title

A remote role as a Marketing Associate is available.

This is a part-time opportunity with less than 35 paid hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be working from a city in the same timezone as Vernon, CA.

The work schedule is fixed and follows Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PST).

There is a one-hour unpaid lunch break included.

The weekly hours for this role are 30.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Create original graphics and illustrations for various marketing materials.
  2. Grow and engage social media channels by producing visually appealing content.
  3. Translate marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  4. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Develop and present weekly social media performance reports.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  8. Ensure all creative assets meet platform-specific requirements.
  9. Design and produce digital and print marketing materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry.
  2. 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files.
  8. Strong typographic skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics.
