About the Role

We are building a team of innovators, focusing on HR needs with technology at its core. We work closely with HR teams, listening to their challenges and delivering scalable solutions that enhance employee experiences.

As an Automation Developer, you will be trusted to design and deliver complex automation solutions that transform how HR works. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster and more engaging for employees. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact, while also contributing to the development of reusable components and best practices for the team.

Focus Areas & Deliverables

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.

  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).

  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
