Financial Administrator Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and payments, handling accounts receivable sales entries and statements, downloading and preparing financial reports from various systems, performing data entry and maintaining records in accounting systems, and generating and distributing financial statements.

  • We are looking for someone with proficiency in Dext and Xero, as well as strong Excel skills, especially vlookup.
  • You should have attention to detail and high accuracy, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • A quick learner of new accounting systems and excellent organizational and time management skills are also essential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations, and generate month-end and periodic reports.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with an initial focus on Australian operations, but potential expansion to European operations in the future.
