Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining software solutions using the Django framework. You will handle backend development tasks and contribute to React-based frontend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Maintaining Software Solutions: Develop and maintain software solutions using the Django framework.
  • Handling Backend Development Tasks: Handle backend development tasks and contribute to React-based frontend work.
  • Data Migration and Database Design: Perform data migration and design databases.
  • Database Updates and Code Refactoring: Manage database updates and perform code refactoring to improve performance and maintainability.
  • Project Implementation: Work on existing projects and implement new functionalities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 Years of Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in software development is mandatory.

Django and RESTful API Development: Strong hands-on experience with Django and RESTful API development is essential.

React and JavaScript: Proficiency in React and JavaScript for building dynamic user interfaces is required.

Relational Databases: A solid understanding of relational databases, including design and optimization, is necessary.

Database Migration and Restructuring: Experience in database migration and restructuring is essential.

Version Control and Collaboration: Proficiency in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

AWS Services: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS is a plus.

Docker and CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated development workflows is desirable.

Document Processing and Compliance Systems: A background in document processing, compliance systems, or AI-driven workflows, particularly with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, is an advantage.
