Drive Business Growth

The Product Development Lead plays a crucial role in driving business growth by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing service offerings that increase profitability for our branch and PRP locations. This involves creating a strategic roadmap for new service offerings, developing and managing AVP service offerings, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

  • New Service Conceptualization:">
    • ">
    • Identify market opportunities and develop innovative services aligned with our company's strategic goals.">
    • Lead the design and development process from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.">
    ">
  • Market Scanning and Competitive Analysis:">
    • ">
    • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry.">
    • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify gaps in current service offerings.">
    • Scan for potential services that can be offered in Perahub branches.">
    ">
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:">
    • ">
    • Work closely with relevant business units and support groups to ensure successful product development and integration.">
    ">
  • New Service Partner Onboarding:">
    • ">
    • Schedule potential partner meetings and prepare meeting minutes as reference.">
    • Ensure completion of all Partner Onboarding Documentary Requirements.">
    ">
  • API / System Integration:">
    • ">
    • Attend Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Module Testings (UAT's), and Module Acceptance.">
    • Monitor API Integration status with IT until completion.">
    • Coordinate with IT for successful deployment in the Unified Service Portal prior to product launch.">

  • Marketing:">
    • ">
    • Organize and attend Partner Marketing & PETNET Marketing Coordination/Collaboration Meetings.">
    • Coordinate marketing for communication materials related to AVP Products.">
    • Collaborate on conceptualizing internal and external promotions, marketing initiatives, and rewards.">
    ">
  • Internal / External Collaboration:">
    • ">
    • Set meetings with support groups and other relevant business units for coordination and alignment.">
    • Set meetings with existing and prospect partners for exploratory meetings, recurring business performance reviews, marketing alignments, and other AVP product-related concerns.">
    ">
  • Branch and PRP Training:">
    • ">
    • Collaborate with Network Operations' STOD Team for Branch and PRP training.">
    • Assist in drafting and preparing training materials.">
    • Ensure STOD Team coordinates training schedule.">
    • Ensure respective branches and PRP location representatives are trained before roll-out.">
    ">
  • Service/Product Presentation:">
    • ">
    • Provide AVP-related content for PRP Product Presentation.">
    • Join PRP Presentation meetings if requested by Network Operations' Account Managers.">
    ">
  • Successful Service/Product Roll-Out:">
    • ">
    • Ensure all preparations and activities are completed for smooth implementation and launch in branches and PRP locations.">

Account Management and Contract Administration

    2. Coordination with Network Operations Team:">

  • Regular cadences with Network Operations Leaders to show revenue performance of AVP products.">
  • Establish feedback mechanism with branch personnel to identify areas for improvement.">
">Coordination with other relevant support groups and business units:">

  • Coordination with Accounting - AVP Recon Team for timely payment and commission resolution.">
  • Coordination with support groups (Compliance, Risk, Legal, InfoSec, IT) for relevant requirements from AVP partners.">
">">Fostering Robust Relationships:">
  • ">
  • Attending to concerns/requirements of Partners in a timely manner.">
  • Regular cadences and business reviews to evaluate product/service performance and identify areas for improvement.">
">Contract Administration:">
  • ">
  • Ensures timely review and renewal/signing of Partner Contracts.">
  • Safe-keeping of physical and digital copies of signed contracts.">
">Reporting and Presentation:">
  • ">
  • Preparation of reports on AVP products for key internal stakeholders and external AVP partners.">

Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related discipline.">
  • Experience: At least two years of working experience in Product Development/Product Management Role.">
  • Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati.">
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.">
