Community Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Community Development Manager.

In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating a thriving online community, driving player engagement, and overseeing our social media presence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels in fast-paced digital environments and has a proven track record in iGaming or online casino industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community development strategy aligned with business objectives and engagement metrics.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, etc.).
  • Moderate discussions to ensure a safe, respectful, and brand-positive environment.
  • Design and execute engaging content, promotions, and events tailored to online casino audiences.
  • Serve as the liaison between the player community and internal teams (marketing, product, support) to facilitate feedback and address concerns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement, sentiment, and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager in the online casino industry.
  • In-depth understanding of casino player behavior, gaming communities, and iGaming industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage online communities with measurable success.
  • Strong background in content planning, copywriting, and engagement strategies tailored to digital audiences.
  • Must have knowledge of building a community from scratch, including bots for engagement, moderation, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
