Job Title: Guest Services Representative

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service to ensure their stays are seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries and communications in a timely manner, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.

You will also be responsible for updating reservations accurately for proper accounting, liaising with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve any channel-specific issues, and managing multiple tasks effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in using OTA booking channels, Guesty or similar short-term rental property management systems, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We offer a competitive salary range of $800 - $1,000 USD per month based on experience, two weeks of paid vacation after the first six months, and a fun and engaging work culture.
