  1. Analyze and implement strategic safety stock reviews to optimize inventory levels and VMI processes.
  2. Manage sample supply activities, including requirement review, supply opportunity, coordination, and replenishment.
  3. Collaborate with the Master Scheduling Team to align backlogs and facilitate allocations or swaps as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with regional sales teams and operations to ensure seamless near-term activities.
  5. Serve as a supply champion to support key customer account activity, representing Operations as VOS and working closely with VOC.
  6. Maintain accurate customer order status for near-term deliveries.
  7. Balance duties to ensure timely deliveries and inventory optimization, collaborating with factory planning teams to meet customer requirements while maintaining efficient factory loading and scheduling.
  8. Align priorities with the Master Scheduler.
  9. Identify and address Supply Chain constraints, coordinating activities to ensure all resources are utilized and escalated for solution if supply gaps exist.
  10. Generate reports from Kinaxis Supply Chain systems.
