The Retail Store Associate is responsible for assisting in the inventory requirements of the Redemption Store and Online Store. They also assist in other consignment requirements of various departments within Newport World Resorts.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with consignors regarding inventory and payment concerns.
  • Assist in preparing monthly inventory reconciliation and counting consignors of online and redemption stores.
  • Order and reorder items for selling and redemption in the Online and Redemption stores.
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports of usage and engagement consignment warehouse.
  • Process new items and upload POS and barcoding system.
  • Prepare monthly count sheets and payment endorsement.
  • Provide weekly and monthly inventory reports.
  • Manage the consignment warehouse.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least one year of experience in retail and inventory management.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge in sales and inventory.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
