Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead and own our internal finance and accounting operations. This role will focus on financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance for the company.

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant with strong U.S. GAAP expertise (IFRS knowledge a plus), a solid grasp of U.S. tax law, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations. Experience supporting external audits of company accounts and buy-side financial due diligence is valued but not required.


Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Cash Flow Management: Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow report to support liquidity management.
  • Financial Controls: Establish, monitor, and continuously improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file U.S. corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial or senior role in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. tax law.
