SEO Content Editor Position

Search Atlas Group is a rapidly growing SEO software company and full-service digital agency that helps websites improve their Google performance. Our clients trust us to drive results, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley startups.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Edit AI-generated blog posts to enhance clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Integrate relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Ensure all client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are appropriately represented.
  • Select and insert appropriate images, including writing effective alt text when necessary.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes.
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven editorial background with extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content, preferably blogs or articles.
  • A strong understanding and application of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization.
  • A meticulous eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy.
  • A genuine passion for language and a natural ability to craft compelling content.
  • Proficiency with Grammarly.
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, preferably aligning with EST for easier collaboration.
Benefits:

$8 per hour based on location and skills/experience.
