Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Content Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of AI-generated content. You will support the improvement of AI-generated content in Chinese Simplified, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

 

Primary Functions
  • Review and score AI-generated responses across various topics, providing insightful feedback for model enhancements.
  • Utilize natural language examples to suggest enhancements and corrections, fostering more accurate content.
  • Evaluate model outputs through A/B testing, ranking, scoring, and annotation, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Flag content with safety concerns, prioritizing user well-being and adhering to guidelines.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Native-level fluency in Chinese Simplified, enabling seamless communication and cultural understanding.
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills, facilitating collaboration and clear documentation.
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week, ensuring consistent progress and timely completion of tasks.
  • A personal computer (Windows 10+ or recent macOS) and reliable high-speed internet connection, supporting efficient work practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions, guaranteeing precision and adherence to guidelines.
  • Dependable, communicative, and capable of meeting deadlines, fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
  • General awareness of current events and cultural nuances in the target language region is a plus, enhancing content accuracy and relevance.
  • Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or offensive content, maintaining objectivity and professionalism.
