About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Director to lead our EHS initiatives. This role will oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at preventing accidents, reducing waste, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental regulations, risk management, and emergency response. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing budgets, and mentoring staff on environmental best practices.

Responsibilities:

• EHS Program Management: Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs based on international standards.">
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and manage allocated budgets for EHS initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness.">
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, including DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) and DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment).">
• Safety & Risk Management: Implement programs aimed at preventing and reducing accidents, incidents, or emergencies.">
• Leadership & Development: Mentor staff on environmental best practices and provide training related to environmental and safety standards.">

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.">
• Licenses & Certifications: Must be a licensed Engineer, with Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Safety Officer (SO) certification required.">
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in EHS, specifically within the food manufacturing industry.">
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage and lead teams, and collaborate across departments.">

Location: Willingness to be assigned in Danao, Cebu.

Salary: PHP 1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
