Chief Environmental Sustainability Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Environmental Sustainability Officer to lead our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs at Jollibee Worldwide Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, developing and implementing EHS initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in environmental sustainability, employee safety, and plant performance.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs based on international standards, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
• Promote regulatory compliance with relevant authorities, including DENR, DOLE, LLDA, and other pertinent bodies, ensuring seamless operations.
• Manage the allocated budget for EHS initiatives, focusing on cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results.
• Design, implement, and regularly test emergency preparedness and response procedures to mitigate potential hazards and ensure business continuity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance environmental sustainability, employee safety, and plant performance.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, and be a licensed Engineer. Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Safety Officer (SO) certification is required. At least 10 years of experience in EHS, specifically within the food manufacturing industry, is essential. A strong background in environmental and safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response is necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives. The successful candidate must be willing to be assigned in Danao, Cebu. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our high standard of environmental stewardship, employee safety, and regulatory compliance, which is vital in the manufacturing industry, especially in food production.
