Seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to excel in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting tasks. This role requires advanced skills in bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record keeping for strategic decision-making and performance evaluation
  • Management of accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including timely invoicing and reconciliation
  • Support client planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Serve as an expert on internal processes for assigned clients and document enhancements
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and ensure efficient delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping and financial software
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Experience with cloud-based financial management software is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
