About the Role
As a detail-oriented Academic Support Specialist, you will oversee various administrative and logistical tasks to support college team members, consultants, and clients. Your goal is to provide stakeholders with premium, personalized services in preparation for higher education.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under the consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily office activities, monitor workflow, and ensure smooth communication between team members, clients, and departments.

 

Requirements and Qualifications
We seek a highly organized and resourceful individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or a related field. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities are essential. Experience working in education consulting is preferred, but not required.
