Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices received electronically through various workflow streams, ensuring accurate data entry and routing to the correct coder/approver. Additionally, they will perform 3-Way invoice line matching for Purchase Order invoices and validate accuracy for OCR related invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and clear working folders within established timelines
  • Maintain quality control meeting accuracy requirements
  • Perform data entry with attention to detail and less than 1% errors
  • Follow A/P policies and SOX guidelines

Requirements:

  • 3 years Accounts Payable experience within a large organization required
  • Strong PC skills and dual monitor use
  • Above average proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Proven Data Entry Experience (50WPM min.)
