Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, utilizing knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.
  • Assist with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience within a client-facing position.
  • 2+ years of experience within a startup company.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Experience working within the Bill.com platform.
  • Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analysis and performing cost-benefit analysis.
