Bookkeeping Position

A highly skilled professional with a strong background in bookkeeping is sought to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in financial record-keeping, with a focus on e-commerce, and a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems
  • Handle invoicing and payments for service contracts, ensuring timely billing and collection
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Effective written and verbal communication
